The Elliot 202 project site, approximately 75 acres in total, is located at the junction of the L202 Red Mountain Fwy and Elliot Rd in Mesa, Arizona. Now complete, the project is home to a very large Amazon Prime Fulfillment Center. The building portion of the project involved constructing 1.2 million square feet of industrial space, primarily using tilt-up concrete panel wall and steel roof frame construction. The extensive non-building site work included grading, drainage, subgrade and aggregate base preparation, dry and wet utility installation and backfill, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, miscellaneous flatwork and hardscape, and both asphalt and concrete pavement sections.
