Founded in 2000, Quality Testing, LLC (QT) is an Arizona-owned and operated professional services firm that provides construction materials testing, construction management, general civil and structural inspection, geotechnical engineering and related testing, pavement section design, asphalt and concrete mix design, and construction quality program development and implementation services. Our clients include public agencies, P3 and private developers, general contractors, engineering consultants, and other entities involved in the heavy civil project design and construction process throughout the state of Arizona and beyond. Our materials testing laboratory is Accredited by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO re:source), approved by multiple State and other government certifying entities, and validated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). QT’s scope of accreditation includes over 240 test methods, including all tests commonly used to evaluate Asphalt Concrete Mixtures, Soil & Aggregate products, and Portland Cement Concrete & Masonry products. We are also accredited for most typical Geotechnical property test methods and for many of the specialized test methods associated with Asphalt Binder and Emulsion products, Steel Reinforcement, Steel Cables and other steel products.

The nature and defined scope of any project specific quality program can vary widely, depending on owner entity resources and preferences, funding agency mandates, project types and sizes, project delivery mechanisms, and numerous other variables. While the nature and volume of services provided by QT can and will vary from project to project based on client needs and expectations, in general, we are always seeking to assist our clients by contributing to the construction project plan and specification development process and by evaluating and documenting construction activities to assure compliance with the defined contractual and performance requirements. By providing consistent, knowledgeable, accurate, and reliable services, QT regularly reinforces our commitment to quality design and construction services accompanied by substantive and useful compliance documentation.

Founded in 2000, Quality Testing, LLC (QT) is an Arizona-owned and operated professional services firm that provides construction materials testing, construction management, general civil and structural inspection, geotechnical engineering and related testing, pavement section, and mix design, and construction quality program development and implementation services for public and private entities throughout the state of Arizona. Our materials testing laboratory is Accredited by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), approved by multiple State and other government certifying agencies, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). QT holds accreditation for over 240 test methods, including those associated with assessing compliance for Asphalt Mixtures, Soil, & Aggregate Products, PCC, Masonry, & Geotechnical Testing. We also hold accreditation for specialized testing associated with asphalt binders and steel products. We are equipped to test reinforcing steel and prestress strand for tensile strength, elongation, bending, and hardness.
